RETURNS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it providing the conditions below.
- Merchandise that is new, unused, unworn, and unwashed may be returned for a refund within 30 days after delivery, provided proof of purchase is included.
- All merchandise returned must be in original condition, with original packaging and original tags attached (there must be no sign of re-attachment).
- All merchandise returned must be free of odors and stains.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method only.
- Merchandise that is marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
- Online orders are to be returned through mail.
We are currently providing: Free returns on all orders from Australia.
For everywhere else, returns are at your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
NOTE:
- We are not obligated to process returns without adequate shipping proof, such as a valid tracking number.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Discount codes are also non-refundable and will be forfeited if items are returned.
- To start a return, you must first contact us at info@cloudiworld.com.
- After confirmation, the team will shortly contact you with instructions on how and where to send the package.
- Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will inform you whether it has been accepted or denied.
- If your return is accepted, we will notify you when the refund has been issued. This process may take up to 5 business days from us receiving the return.
- If you return is denied, the items will be sent back to you.
- Depending on which financial institution you are with, refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account.
NOTE:
- All returns are evaluated individually and are essentially subject to CLOUDI WORLD's discretion, including the determination of whether an item is unworn and unwashed.
- Items sent directly back to us without request and confirmation first will not be accepted.
STORE CREDIT:
- All accepted return orders are eligible for store credit; this method is an alternative to a refund.
- Store credit is available for 1 year from date of issue.
- Store credit is non-refundable and also cannot be exchanged for cash.
EXCHANGES:
- We are not offering exchanges at this time.
- Instead, it is recommended to go through the return process as normal, and place a new order for the item you'd like.
- You will receive a refund back to your original payment method once the return is accepted and refund is issued.
CHANGE OF MIND: Please refer to our returns policy and returns process for any change of mind.
HOW CAN I LOCATE MY ORDER NUMBER TO INITIATE A RETURN?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after completing your purchase. If you have any issues retrieving it, please contact us at info@cloudiworld.com.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
In the event that your product is received as faulty or damaged, we apologize for this inconvenience and are happy to resolve this with you. Please contact us at info@cloudiworld.com with a photo of the damaged product and information regarding it. Our customer service team will work swiftly to provide a solution.
